Senior Researcher Process Technology

Our client is an innovative company and operates worldwide. They have plants in the United States, Europe and Asia. They have their R & D department and head office located in Holland. For Holland we are looking for a Senior Researcher Process Technology.

The responsibilities of a Researcher include:
- Exploring alternative & novel technologies and process concepts, involving experimental programs
- Looking beyond the horizon, to identify and use the most appropriate technology to meet given project challenges
- Putting safety first and carrying out safety assessments
- Working with pace and scientific rigour in interpretation and analysis of experimental data, modelling results, deducing insights and recommending for further work
- Explaining, presenting and reporting project results
- Defining project proposals

 

We are looking for candidates who:
- Are educated in Chemical Technology-Process Technology (PhD, PDEng or MSc.)
- Being a good overall process engineer with R&D experience preferably having developed an expertise in certain areas
- Can carry out and lead projects, work collaboratively across boundaries
- Are good communicators and build trustful relations with internal colleagues and external contacts
- Dare to think differently and continuously strive to improve themselves
